QHHT allows you to time travel to moments in your souls existence where you can get information or healing that can help you in your current life. My clients have found it transformative, and liken it to a kind of astral projection experience.

There are three parts to the session. First we will spend some time talking as we sit together so I can get to learn how best I can help. Next you lie down and get snug and we begin the guided hypnosis, which is like a guided meditation. And lastly we debrief. It's quite the adventure and every clients experience is uniqley personal.​
